Jasa
Layanan Operasi corp. is business grup Jasa Marga corp. Who need human
resources who have high quality and potential in achieving the company’s goals with expectations of the
employees have the maximum performance of the employee. The purpose of this
study was to determine the effect of formal communication, motivation, and
discipline partially or simultaneously on job satisfaction.
The method of this research using
primary data taken from questionnaires of 70 respondents with a test validity
and reliability, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression
analysis with tools count SPSS22.
From the analysis of
the study it can be concluded that based on the partial test (T test), indicates
that the variable formal communication and motivation has a positive and
significant impact on job satisfaction, while the variable discipline of work
have a positive effect but not significant to job satisfaction. Based on the
simultaneous testing (F test), indicates that the variable formal
communication, motivation and disicipline working together has a significant
positive effect on job satisfaction.

Conclusion
Based on the analysis
and discussion after testing the communication influence the motivation and
discipline of work on job satisfaction at Jasa Layanan Operasi corp, it can be
concluded that.
Based
on the partial test (T test), indicates that the variable
formal communication and motivation has a positive and significant impact on
job satisfaction, while the variable discipline of work have a positive effect
but not significant to job satisfaction. Based on the simultaneous testing (F
test), indicates that the variable formal communication, motivation and
disicipline working together has a significant positive effect on job
satisfaction.
